What is Myerrs CFO Academy

Not a foundation.
A movement.

Myerrs CFO Academy is an internal CSR program run under MyerrsCFO Inc. — not a separate registered entity, not a foundation requiring ₱1M in locked capital, and not reliant on donations or grants.

It is a deliberate, structured commitment: 3% of MyerrsCFO Inc.'s net profit every month, tracked as a CSR expense in our books, and disbursed directly to scholars, training programs, and career development for aspiring accountants and bookkeepers in the Philippines.

"Financial education should not be a privilege. Skills can change lives — and we have the tools to give them."

Running it under the company means we can start immediately, stay flexible, and grow the program as the business grows — with full transparency and zero bureaucracy. When the time is right, we will consider formal registration. For now, the impact is real and it's happening.

How it works — simple and transparent
01
MyerrsCFO earns net profit
Every month, after operating expenses, 3% of net profit is calculated and recorded as a CSR expense in our QuickBooks Online — "Myerrs CFO Academy Program Expense."
02
Funds are allocated to scholars and training
The allocated amount is disbursed directly — scholarships for accountancy students, free training materials and sessions, and program costs for the Work-to-Learn pathway.
03
Top performers join the MyerrsCFO team
The best graduates from the Academy are offered internship and employment pathways inside MyerrsCFO Inc. itself — creating a self-sustaining cycle of impact and talent development.
04
The cycle grows with the business
As MyerrsCFO earns more, the Academy grows more. No minimum fund, no foundation compliance, no delays. The impact scales directly with the firm's success.
Why Elena built this

Financial education
should not be a privilege.

In the Philippines, thousands of people have the aptitude for accounting and finance — but not the resources to access proper training or career pathways. Myerrs CFO Academy exists to close that gap.

🎓
Education is a right, not a reward

Every student who wants to learn accounting and build a career in finance deserves the chance — regardless of their financial situation. We exist to make that possible, starting with our own community.

🔬
Real training, not just theory

Academy participants don't just study accounting theory. They learn the same systems, tools, and real-world processes that MyerrsCFO uses with US, UK, and Canadian clients daily. That's a global skill set.

🌱
A self-sustaining system

The Academy feeds directly into the MyerrsCFO hiring pipeline. Top scholars are offered employment — creating a cycle where investment in people flows back into the business and grows stronger every year.

💛
Financial Clarity, Led with Heart — not just a tagline

Elena built this because she genuinely believes businesses should lift the communities they come from. The Academy is proof of that — not a marketing claim. It is tracked, disbursed, and real.

📊
CFO-level accountability

As a program run by a CFO, every peso allocated is tracked in our books. We will publish impact reports — scholars supported, training hours delivered, employment placements made. Numbers, not just words.

🚀
Built to grow into something bigger

Myerrs CFO Academy starts as a CSR program. As it grows — in reach, in graduates, in impact — it will evolve. A formal academy, a certification body, a movement. The foundation is being built right now.

Our programs

Three programs. One mission.

Each program meets scholars where they are — and takes them further than they could go alone.

01
Scholarship support
Financial assistance + mentorship
Myerrs Scholars Program
For students who have the drive but not yet the resources.

Direct financial support for qualified students pursuing accountancy, bookkeeping, or financial management studies in the Philippines. This is not a loan — it is a scholarship funded by MyerrsCFO's operating revenue. Every scholar is paired with a mentor from the team for guidance throughout their studies and into their early career.

  • Financial assistance for tuition, review materials, and learning costs
  • Ongoing mentorship from a practicing accounting professional
  • Exposure to real bookkeeping systems and tools during studies
  • Priority pathway into the Work-to-Learn Program upon graduation
Who can apply
Students in the Philippines pursuing accounting or finance studies who demonstrate financial need and a genuine commitment to building a career in the field.
03
Career pathway
From training to employment
Work-to-Learn Program
The bridge between learning and a real career — inside a firm serving real international clients.

Top-performing graduates from the Academy's training programs are offered internship and employment pathways within MyerrsCFO Inc. This is where the Academy and the firm connect — trained, committed graduates who already know the systems, the standards, and the culture join the team that built them.

  • Supervised internship inside the MyerrsCFO in-house team
  • Real client work — under guidance of a Senior Bookkeeper
  • Clear path to full employment for top performers
  • Fair compensation from day one — not unpaid labor
  • Continuation of professional development through the firm's training programs
Who qualifies
Graduates of the Myerrs CFO Academy training or scholarship program who demonstrate consistent performance, professional attitude, and readiness for real client work. Selected by Elena and the senior team.

A message from Elena.

"I built MyerrsCFO because I saw a gap in how bookkeeping was being done for businesses. I built Myerrs CFO Academy because I saw the same gap — in how people were being given access to skills and careers."

"We don't need to be a registered foundation to do good. We need a system, a commitment, and the discipline to follow through. That's what we have. 3% of what we earn every month — tracked, disbursed, and growing."

"If you have the drive and the heart for this work — we want to be the door that opens for you."

Common questions

Questions about the Academy.

Is Myerrs CFO Academy a registered foundation?

No — and we're transparent about that. Myerrs CFO Academy is an internal CSR program under MyerrsCFO Inc. It is not a registered foundation, NGO, or separate legal entity. It operates as a structured CSR expense in our company books, disbursed directly to scholars and training programs. This lets us start immediately, stay flexible, and grow without compliance overhead.

Is the training and scholarship really free?

Yes — completely free to scholars and training participants. There is no tuition, no loan, and no obligation beyond your commitment to the program. The Academy is funded by 3% of MyerrsCFO Inc.'s monthly net profit, not by scholar fees or donations.

Is the Work-to-Learn Program paid?

Yes. All participants in the Work-to-Learn Program are fairly compensated from day one. This is not an unpaid internship. We believe in paying people for real work — that's the standard we hold at MyerrsCFO, and it applies equally to the Academy.

How is the 3% tracked?

As a CFO-run operation, the 3% allocation is recorded monthly in our QuickBooks Online as a CSR expense — "Myerrs CFO Academy Program Expense." Disbursements are documented. As we grow, we will publish regular impact reports showing exactly where funds went and what they produced.

Who can apply for the scholarship?

Currently, the Academy is focused on students and aspiring professionals in the Philippines. Email us at [email protected] with your name, situation, and which program interests you. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — no deadline, no formal process, just a genuine conversation.

Will this become a formal foundation in the future?

Possibly — when the time is right. Formal registration as a non-profit or foundation requires significant capital and compliance in the Philippines. Our priority right now is delivering real impact without delays. When the program has grown enough to justify a formal structure, we will build it. For now, the impact is real and it's happening.
